: Shipping Times :
Expect your order to be packed and ready to ship in about 3-5 business days. We ship everything through the United States Postal Service (USPS), and once it's in their hands, they're the ones to talk to for any extra info.

International duties or customs fees
Lost, damaged, or "delivered" items

No Guarantees on Postal Service Times: We can't take the heat if USPS doesn't meet their promised delivery times. If they're late, give them a ring at 1-800-ASK-USPS. We can’t refund any shipping costs if they drop the ball.

Wrong Address? Your Bad: Make sure you give us the right shipping address. If we ship to a wrong or undeliverable one, that's on you. If you need to cancel or change your order or address, hit us up ASAP. We'll try to help, but no promises.

Tracking Troubles? Talk to the Carrier: If something's up with your tracking number or delivery, call the courier before you contact us. It might take 1-4 business days for tracking info to show up, and sometimes it might not update at all (but don't worry, your stuff's still on the way). If tracking says it's delivered but you don't have it, that's a matter for the carrier, not us.
